This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it in plain English. If anything is unclear, please email us.

The short version

  • We only collect what we need to reply to you, book your appointment, or (with your permission) send you offers, usually your name, email, and phone number.
  • Our Find Your Glow quiz processes your answers in your browser. When you reveal your plan, we email only the matched treatment names and suggested routine to you and our office. We do not receive or store your raw answers or safety-check responses, and the plan is not saved in our lead database.
  • We never sell your information.
  • We use standard website analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta, WhatConverts) that rely on cookies.
  • You can unsubscribe from emails anytime, reply STOP to texts, or ask us to delete your information.

Who we are

This website is operated by Menon Medispa & Wellness ("Menon Medispa," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 45 Essex St, Suite 202, Millburn, NJ 07041. When this policy says "the site," we mean menonmedispa.com and the pages and tools on it. You can reach us anytime using the details in the Contact us section below.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

1. Information you give us

When you fill out a contact, consultation, or appointment-request form, join our email list, or reveal your quiz results, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to include. We only ask for what we need to help you.

2. Your Find Your Glow quiz answers and plan

Our Find Your Glow quiz is designed to protect your privacy. Your answers about your skin are processed on your own device, and your personalized results are shown in your browser. When you reveal your plan, the site sends the matched treatment names and suggested AM, PM, and weekly routine through our email provider to you and our office. We do not send or store your raw answers, skin concerns, sensitivity, pregnancy or other safety-check responses, or quiz scoring. Our lead database stores your contact details and consent record, but not the plan. A privacy-minimized copy of the plan may remain in this browser and is used for up to 30 days so it can accompany a later appointment request from the same device. The site removes an expired copy the next time it checks that browser storage.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect some technical and usage information when you visit, such as your device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & tracking).

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your questions and requests;
  • schedule and manage consultations and appointments;
  • deliver a Find Your Glow plan you request to you and our office;
  • send you marketing messages, tips, and offers if you have asked to receive them;
  • operate, secure, and improve the website; and
  • meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

A note on health information

We do not collect medical or treatment records through this website. The quiz and our forms are for general, non-diagnostic and scheduling purposes only. Raw quiz answers and safety checks remain in your browser and are excluded from the emailed plan and website lead database. Any health information you share directly with our providers during a consultation or treatment is kept separately as part of your care and is handled in line with applicable medical-privacy laws, including HIPAA where it applies. This website is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Cookies & tracking technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites work and help owners understand how their site is used. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising, including:

  • Google (Analytics and Ads) to measure site traffic and the performance of our ads;
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. For eligible advertising landing-page inquiries, the Conversions API may receive advertising-cookie and browser signals so Meta can match the inquiry to an ad interaction. The matching event does not send Meta your name, email address, phone number, requested service, message, or appointment details;
  • WhatConverts to understand which marketing brings in calls and inquiries.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through your Meta ad settings, your Google ad settings, and the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we do not currently respond to it, but you can use the controls above.

How we protect your information

Protecting your information matters to us. The steps we take include:

  • Collecting as little as possible. We ask only for the details we need.
  • Minimizing quiz data. Raw skin answers and safety checks stay in your browser. Only treatment names and a suggested routine are sent in the requested result email, and that plan is not written to our lead database.
  • Encrypting data in transit. The site is served securely over HTTPS.
  • Limiting where form data goes. Form and signup information goes to our secured systems and the service providers needed to deliver it, including our email provider. We never sell it.
  • Recording your consent. When you opt in to emails or texts, we record the exact wording you agreed to and when, so your preferences are clear.
  • Keeping marketing and booking separate. Our email list is kept apart from appointment and care records.
  • Guarding our forms against automated spam and abuse.

No website or internet transmission is ever completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to protect your information using reasonable, industry-standard safeguards.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

  • With service providers who help us run the business, such as our website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, and analytics partners, and only so they can perform those services for us;
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our patients, our team, or the public; and
  • As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, in which case we would let you know.

Your choices & rights

You are in control of your information. You can:

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email;
  • Stop texts by replying STOP to any message;
  • Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing admin@menonregen.com; and
  • Exercise state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Contact us and we will honor the rights that apply to you.

Email & text messages

The Find Your Glow result email is a requested service message and is sent whether or not you choose marketing emails. The separate marketing email checkbox is selected by default, and you can unselect it before you submit any form if you would rather not hear from us. Every marketing email includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and we honor those requests promptly. Text messages work differently: they are strictly opt-in, the text checkbox is never pre-selected, and we will only text you if you check it yourself. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and you must be 18 or older to request an appointment or make a purchase. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, to provide our services, and to meet legal requirements. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Find Your Glow plans are not stored in our website lead database. A minimized browser copy is used for up to 30 days and is removed when the site next checks it after that period; you can remove it sooner by clearing this site's browser data. Copies of the requested email may remain in your inbox, our office inbox, and our email delivery provider according to the applicable account settings and retention practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
